Running recovery actions in attend mode

This task describes how to manage a recovery action when it is set to attend mode. This feature also allows you to turn off attend mode so that the recovery action will run without user input.

Before You Begin

You must have set up a recovery action.

To run recovery actions in attend mode

When the monitored resource meets or exceeds the criteria that you established, PATROL displays the Run Recovery Action dialog box

  1. Select an option and click Accept to run the recovery action.

Do not ask me again—switches the recovery action to unattended mode, which allows the recovery action to run without any user interaction
Disable—prevents the recovery action from attempting to run and from producing this dialog box
If you click Cancel, PATROL does not run the recovery action or save any of the options that you selected.
