Deleting All Print Jobs from a Printer
This task describes how to delete all print jobs from a printer's queue.
Before you begin
You must be root to run this command.
You must have root privileges to execute this command.
To Delete All Print Jobs from a Printer
On the printer from which you want to delete all jobs, perform the following steps.
- Access the PRINTER application menu as described in Accessing KM Commands and InfoBoxes.
- Select Delete All Jobs. BMC PATROL prompts you for the password for the root account.
Delete All Jobs Dialog Box - Type the password and click OK. BMC PATROL deletes all print jobs.
