Cloud support for BMC TrueSight products
BMC will help resolve any issues that you might encounter while using TrueSight products. However, BMC assumes no responsibility for infrastructure issues caused by running the TrueSight products in third-party or "cloud" environments. If you install TrueSight products in a third-party or "cloud" environment, the systems provisioned for use must meet the requirements specified for the installed TrueSight products. Additionally, the use of cloud-specific services, such as horizontal scaling, fail-over, disaster recovery, stateless architecture, and so on, are not supported.
