This integration enables BMC ProactiveNet to create incidents in BMC Remedy Service Desk based on events in the BMC ProactiveNet cell. It adds business context to incidents by enabling bidirectional flow of information between the BMC ProactiveNet cell and BMC Remedy Service Desk.
