Enabling debug
If you encounter certain problems using this KM, to help BMC Support resolve the issue, enable the debug.
To turn debugging on/off
- Access the
/DKR/DEBUGpconfig variable. - Set this variable to 1 to enable the debug, or 0 to disable.
The log file is located at the %patrol_home%\OpenStack\log directory. The log file name is <PATROLAgentname>-<Port>-OpenStackHostname>-<Port>-OpenStackCollector.log. By default, the maximum size of the log file is 10 MB.
