Use this task to begin monitoring the mail usage for a specific Exchange user.
BMC Software recommends you monitor no more than 50 users per PATROL Agent.
- Access the Watched Users application class menu as described in Accessing KM Menu Commands.
- Select the PATROL Admin > Add User to Watch List menu command to display the Add Users to the Watch List dialog box.
- Select the user and click Accept.
During the next discovery cycle, which by default is every 2 minutes, PATROL creates an instanceNamesOfWatchedUserInstances application class instance for the user you selected.
