Configuring after installation or upgrade

After you install BMC PATROL for Citrix XenServer, configure the KM so that it can obtain parameter data from the Citrix XenServer.

Before you begin

Before configuring BMC PATROL for Citrix XenServer, verify that the following software requirements are met:

• The PATROL Agent and PATROL for Citrix XenServer are installed on the computer that you want to use to monitor your Citrix XenServer environment.
• If you are using PATROL Central Operator - Microsoft Windows Edition, PATROL for Citrix XenServer is installed on the PATROL Console Server.
• If you are using PATROL Central Operator - Web Edition, PATROL for Citrix XenServer is installed on the PATROL Console Server and PATROL Web Server.
