Log on to the BMC Application Performance Management Console with a compatible browser  to access the diagnostics data for applications that are monitored by the BMC Application Diagnostics Agent.

Before you begin

Contact your BMC Application Performance Management administrator for the user name, password, and URL of the computer on which the BMC Application Performance Management Console is installed.

To log on to BMC Application Performance Management Console and access diagnostics

  1. In the address bar of a supported browser, enter the IP address of the computer on which the BMC Application Performance Management Console is installed and press Enter.
  2. Enter your user name and password, and click Log On.
  3. In the BMC Application Performance Management Console screen, click the Diagnostics tab.
  4. In the main menu panel in the top left of the screen, click the component diagnostics you want to analyze: Business Transactions or Application Servers.
