Request Detail Inputs

In this object, assign the Edit permission to all fields. Perform this step for the ServiceDesk Client, ServiceDesk Staff, ServiceDesk Change Manager, and System Administrator profiles.

Temporary Attachments

The Temporary Attachment object is new in version 20.13.01. The following table lists the required profile-level permissions that you must assign for this object:
