BMC HR Case Management 4.5.02 is the first release as a BMC product.

 BMC HR Case Management, built on the Remedy platform, enables HR organizations to reduce costs, improve productivity, and provide a better overall user experience. Every business makes use of digital technologies, but some are pushing the frontier by using digital to fundamentally advance human productivity. This productivity includes the company’s customers as well as their employees – since both put a premium on their time.  Human Resources organizations are also undergoing a transformation towards a shared service model that will enable them to create a people advantage and support the Business on its journey to digital innovation.
