Updating registry for Microsoft Cluster KM

If the PATROL security level is updated to Advanced security level on a 64-bit computer using p7_change_security_level_x86-64.cmd command, the PATROL Agent registry is updated incorrectly.

 To match the updated security level, you need to manually change the registry from Windows-x86 to Windows-x86-64. Perform the following steps to edit the registry:

  1. Logon to PATROL Agent machine
  2. Click Start > Run
  3. In the Run dialog box, type regedit and then press ENTER
  4. In the Registry Editor, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, expand SOFTWARE, expand BMC Software, locate PATROL Agent
  5. In the right pane, locate esi_lib100.
  6. In the Value data field of the esi_lib100registry, change Windows-x86 to Windows-x86-64, and click OK.
