Web service function mapping

   This list is missing quite a few web services when I compare it with the list I found in my ROD 8.1 environment at https://<midtierServer>/arsys/WSDL/protected/list Why is that?  Also, where do I find the required fields for each web services?

   Hi Benoit,

   This list is specific to the ITSM Web Services, not the entire AR Suite.  The required fields for each service can be found here:

   https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/itsm81/BMC+Remedy+ITSM+integrations

   All of the ITSM web services are routed through interface forms where the required fields (and other validation) is enforced.  The interface forms allow for integrations other than web services to be built into ITSM.

   Thank you for the prompt response!  You answer make sense from a BMC standpoint but when thinking about the ITSM processes, most people also include SRM and Word order so I would suggest to add links to other web services page like SRM and Work order.
