To create a service request for every incident from BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management (BPPM), you need to configure service requests.
- From the Quick Links section on the left side of the BMC IT Service Management home page, select Application Administration Console.
- In the Application Administration Console, click the Custom Configuration tab.
- Expand the Integration for BMC Remedy Service Desk and Integration Configuration entries and double-click BMC Intelligent Incident Global Configuration.
- On the BMC Intelligent Incident Global Configuration form, select the Create Service Request for Intelligent Incident check box.
