Warning
If you are integrating BMC PATROL Knowledge Module for End User Experience Management with BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management, do not perform this configuration task through a PATROL console. Instead, perform the configuration through the BMC ProactiveNet Central Monitoring Administration console. For more information, see the BMC ProactiveNet End User Experience Management Monitoring online documentation.
- After completing the task of defining a Real User Analyzer and setting up the connection with BMC EUEM and clicking Next, select the Watchpoints that you want to monitor in the Add/Remove Watchpoints to Monitor dialog box:
- Use the arrows to transfer Watchpoints between the list of Unmonitored Watchpoints and the list of Monitored Watchpoints.
- Click Apply.
- If you want to associate Geo Locations with any of the Watchpoints that you selected for monitoring (provided that Geo Locations were defined for the Watchpoint in BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring, as indicated by the (+) sign beside the name of the Watchpoint), ensure that only that Watchpoint is selected and then select Monitor Geo Locations and click Apply. If you do not want to associate Geo Locations, skip to #step 5.
- In the Add/Remove Geo Locations to Monitor dialog box, select the Geo Locations that you want to monitor (up to 12 Geo Locations):
- Use the arrows to transfer Geo Locations between the list of Unmonitored Geo Locations and the list of Monitored Geo Locations.
- Click Apply.
- When you finish selecting Geo Locations in the Add/Remove Geo Locations to Monitor dialog box, click Done.
- When you finish selecting Watchpoints in the Add/Remove Watchpoints to Monitor dialog box, click Done.
