Process overview for creating a workplace page

As an administrator, you create workplace pages for your lines of business and make them available to your end users.

You have to create your pages, add components, configure them, add content, backgrounds, customize colors, and link your pages to other pages, content, and resources. Then, you must publish the pages and if needed, restrict users' access to the pages. Finally, add the pages to the navigation menu to make the pages visible to those users who are granted access to them.

Copy studio pages from another environment by exporting them as a ZIP archive from the first environment, and then importing the ZIP archive into the second environment. For more information, see Exporting-and-importing-workplace-studio-pages.

The following infographic shows the sequence for creating workplace pages for your lines of business.
