Onboarding Process
The onboarding process for BMC Helix Control-M is straightforward. Once your account manager has indicated that a contract is signed, this automatically triggers the onboarding process.
The technical contact email you supplied as part of the contract will be emailed a link to an onboarding form, where they will need to indicate any administrator emails, tenant names, etc. Once submitted, your tenant(s) will be spun up within 48 hours (normally on the same business day). Each tenant will automatically send a login link to the relevant administrator, who can begin the process of setup of the system and installation of any relevant agents.
Onboarding Services
As part of your subscription to BMC Helix Control-M, you will receive services to help you get started. This includes:
- An overview of how to set up BMC Helix Control-M
- A walkthrough of the service
- A review of the basic command and report functions
- Help defining jobs

Thanks, David. I removed a couple of links that were to irrelevant pages (with no SaaS equivalent).
