When you install Infrastructure Management, a predefined set of users, also called out-of-the-box users, becomes available. After installing Infrastructure Management, for security considerations, BMC recommends that you change the passwords of all out-of-the-box users. Out-of-the-box users have been made available for an easy Infrastructure Management user experience. In a production environment, BMC recommends that you create new users.
Warning
Do not delete the bppmws_internal user name. Deleting the user name critically impacts the functioning of some Infrastructure Management.

Where do you find a listing of all the out-of-box users? How do you change the passwords?
Are these out-of-the-box users the same as these: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/btsim96/Default+user+names+and+passwords?
It would be helpful to provide a documentation link if it is.
Also, this warning about the bppmws_internal use might be good to have on the referenced page.
