The Incident Errors collector in the Generated Incidents folder under All Event Collectors in the operator console navigation tree contains the following lower level collectors:
- Event Incident Errors: This collector is for event management and associates the error event to the original event.
- Component Incident Errors: This collector is for service impact management and associates the error event to the component.
A new icon displayed in the Events list relates the Integration for BMC Remedy Service Desk error event with the original event.
