Ensure that BMC CMDB Extensionsis installed on the BMC Remedy AR System Server.
To configure Integration for BMC Remedy Service Desk to connect to a different BMC Remedy AR System Server
- Navigate to IBRSD_HOME/conf/.
- Open ibrsd. conf and modify the following parameters:
ARSServerNameARSServerPortNumARSServerUserName
- Run the EncryptUtility utility as explained in Managing BMC Remedy AR System Server logon credentials.
- Restart Integration for BMC Remedy Service Desk.
