You as an administrator can connect IBRSD to BMC Remedy Service Desk. For more information on required permissions, see Prerequisites for installing the Integration for BMC Remedy Service Desk integration module.
You can connect IBRSD to the AR System server using the internal user name Remedy Application Service, if you do not want to dedicate a separate user for IBRSD.
