After you install the BMC Synthetic Transaction Execution Adapter (TEA) Agent, it automatically starts as a service on the agent computer, but you can also run the agent as a process. You can run the TEA Agent as a process to support applications and technologies that require processes, such as for browser-driven scripts.
Before you run the TEA Agent as a process, ensure that the service is not running.
Log on to the TEA Agent computer as a user with administrator privileges.
A command prompt opens and displays the status of the TEA Agent.
