After you register an App Visibility portal in the TrueSight console, a new user, App_Visibility_Internal_tspsHostID, is automatically added to Atrium Single Sign-On. This is an internal user with a randomly generated password and should not be changed.

Passwords for default users

The default password for the default users is "userID12345".

For example, the password for the admin user is admin12345.

Guidelines for users and user groups

You can create users in BMC Atrium Single Sign-On in the default BmcRealm tenant by logging in as the amAdmin user.

Do not include the "@" symbol in user names or tenant names. Because authentication uses the formatuser@tenant, an "@" symbol in the user name or tenant name causes the authentication to fail.

You can create users in BMC Atrium Single Sign-On in the default BmcRealm tenant by logging in as the amAdmin user.

Do not create a user with the same user name as a BMC Atrium Single Sign-On Administrator, like "amAdmin".

  • For information about creating, editing, or deleting users in the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On console, see  Managing users  in the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On 9.0 documentation.
  •  To create, edit, or delete user groups in the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On console, perform the steps documented at  Managing user groups  in the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On 9.0 documentation.

  1. Hello

In my environment we have Atrium SSO in HA mode with a network load balancer.

While installing TSPS i have provided FQDN of LoadBalancer of ASSO and finished installation.

How ever not able to see any default user groups in ASSO for TSPS.

Do we need to do any additional configurations for this ?

    Regards

    Renjith
