List of sessions retrieved by a query

, it retrieves a list of sessions that match the query criteria. The list contains the following information:

Session information retrieved during query

Column	Description
User	String (for example, John Doe @ example.com) containing the user ID (John Doe) and group ID (example.com). This string enables you to associate a session with a specific user. For more information, see User and group identification. This column also contains a drop-down menu, which you can use to download the information about the session or open a single session for further analysis.
Duration	Length of the session. This column also shows the status of the session, In Progress or Completed.
Start Time	Date of the session and the time at which it started
Browser	Browser that the client uses. To see the version of the browser, mouse over the browser icon.
Platform	Device platform that the client uses (desktop or mobile)
Location	Flag of the country where the user resides. To see the city and the name of the country, mouse over the flag.
Total Pages	Number of pages in the session
Errored Pages	Number of pages with errors (for example, the page is not available). By default, the sessions in the list are sorted by values in this column in descending order.
Slow Pages	Number of pages with performance issues

To go back to the query (for example if you want to edit it), click the Back button.

Because all found sessions appear in the list for the same reason (for example, long response time), for queries that return more than 100 sessions, the system shows a sample of the first 100 sessions.

The number of sessions in the list might be smaller than the number of affected sessions in the Query Summary. The list does not display sessions that have been deleted from storage (when the storage capacity limit has been reached) or those that are temporarily unavailable (when the sessions are in a transition mode from In Progress to Completed). When the sessions achieve the Completed state, they become available, and you can view them after refreshing the page.

To determine the most problematic sessions in order to analyze them first, you can sort the sessions in the list. For example, to see the sessions with the largest number of performance issues first, click the heading of the Slow pages column.

For each session you can download the archive with the detailed information about the session, its pages and objects, or open the session for further analysis.
