For TKU September 2020 Virtual Machine attributes assignment was updated. Now, if ESXi server has been discovered using vCenter/vSphere credentials, Discovery will obtain such attributes as vm_status, vm_tools_version, vm_tools_status, guest_full_name and vm_guest_os (previously "os") from DDD, without running any additional vSphere queries. (DRDC1-14724) .
Virtual Machines won't have OS attribute any more, its value is assigned to vm_guest_os attribute.

It seems an upgrade to vCenter 5.5 (from 5.1) has broken the discovery of ESX clusters. Any chance of an update to the supported versions of this module?

I think that you are talking about the vCenter pattern (different page to this). Please raise a case with BMC Customer Support so that it can be investigated

Thanks for your reply, indeed I should have commented on the specific vCenter pattern page. I've contacted our implementation partner's service desk, so I assume they'll raise a support case.
