The pattern has had its key changed to key_group since it has been established that more than one ITSM server can run on a host. Instances are therefore now grouped by their installation directory

An additional package has been added to the list of packages queried when attempting to obtain the product version.

2010

TKU April 2010

In TKU April 2010 details of the client were added.

TKU June 2010

In TKU June 2010 some slight changes were made to the method install root is obtained.

TKU July 2010

In TKU July 2010 A fix to the to related processes search in the Client pattern was implemented to prevent a performance issues with the Atrium Discovery appliance.

In TKU September 2010 details of licensing and edition were added

TKU October 2010

In TKU October 2010 active versioning was added and package versioning was updated. Also now Client creates links to related Server instances on remote hosts.

In TKU November 2010 the search for related processes has been made to work and then slightly improved.

TKU May 2012

In TKU May 2012 IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Server and Client pattern have had the package list used in the package versioning method corrected and updated for all supported platforms

TKU July 2012

In TKU July 2012 'related_sis_search' function from CommonFunctions module was implemented in IBMTivoliStorageManagerClient pattern.

TKU March 2013

In TKU March 2013 trigger of Client pattern was improved to cover more possible commands.

In TKU June 2013 new registry key for versioning was added into the Client pattern.

TKU September 2013

In TKU September 2013 the regular expressions related to licensing in the IBMTivoliStorageManagerServer pattern were updated to prevent trailing end-of-line characters.

2014 & Later

TKU October 2014

In TKU October 2014, the IBM Tivoli Storage Manager pattern now supports package versioning for HP-UX deployments of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager Client (QM001861008).

In TKU January 2016, the following changes were performed(ISS0058750):

• tcpserveraddress search was updated
• Package versioning for Server pattern was updated

TKU September 2017

In TKU September 2017, updated package versioning method(DRDC1-9807)

In TKU July 2018 tsmver versioning command was enhanced to reduce the output (DRDC1-11488)

In  TKU January 2019 we made some small improvements to how we handle package versioning
