    The patterns CommServe and MediaAgent extract instance name from process args using regex :

    The pattern MediaAgent triggers on CVMountd or cvd processes.

    The pattern CommServe triggers on EvMgrs.exe process.

    Configuration Options

    There is a configuration option available for this product which allows to run database queries.

    To enable this option user just needs to set "True" to db_queries variable.

    The patterns create an instance-based Software Instance with the key based on instance name, SI type, and the host key.
