    1. Thanks, added for TKU August.

  3. Any particular reason why there is no SI created for Atrium SSO? It is a core function of the 8.1 infrastructure.

  4. The trigger is not firing on the midtier in TKU 08-2016

    installation_path matchesmatchesregex '(?i)\bmidtier(?:\.war)?$'

    the installation_path coming from the tomcat pattern is:

    /opt/bmc/ARSystem/midtier

    Also, we suspect the Tomcat pattern is not fully working as installed_product_name is not populating

    MidTierSoftwareComponentinstalled_product_name =BMC Remedy AR System
    1.  If you have any issues with pattern performance please open a support case.
