Product Description

BMC HR Case Management is an application based on BMC Remedy Action Request System technology. The application data is stored in the BMC Remedy AR System database. HR personal is accessing the HR Case Management application using their browser through the BMC Remedy AR System midtier server. A special visualization plugin is deployed on the Mid Tier server and is used to graphically represent Cases tasks workflow and Solution questionnaires.
