From Control Panel > Programs and Features, select to uninstall the agent named BMC Synthetic Transaction Execution Adapter (TEA) Agent 2.6.10 Install x. The variable x represents the installation number. The first agent installation is numbered 1, the second is number 2, and so forth.
Note
In some versions of Windows, the file path of the selected item is displayed in the comments section at the bottom of the window.
If the file path is not displayed in the comments section, view the Programs and Features list by Details, and then add the Location column.
On the Uninstallation Summary page, click View Log to examine the log, then click Done to exit the utility.
(Version 2.6.10) If you want to remove more than one TEA Agent, run the silent uninstallation separately for each agent, modifying the installation directory for each one.
From a command prompt, run the silent uninstallation from the TEA Agent installation directory using the following command:
uninstall.exe -i silent -DOPTIONS_FILE=<installationDirectory>TEAAgent-silent-option-uninstall.txt
By default, the <installationDirectory>
is the C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC Software\BMCTEAAgent folder.
One of the following responses occurs:
