TKU August 2009

The following improvements were made:

• Improved the false-positive checking so that the ITMEnterpriseMonitoringServer and ITMEnterprisePortalServer patterns are now stopped if:
  • The IBM Tivoli OMEGAMON XE for Messaging package is found to be installed rather than IBM Tivoli Monitoring.
  • The "candle" is found in the path.
• Added simple identifiers for koyagent, tmnt_rm_eng, tmnt_rm_eng.exe, tapmagent, tapmagent.exe, ksaagent, ksaagent.exe, tmdb2ipc, tmdb2ipc.exe, tivoliv# and ntivoliv#.exe processes.
• Moved the simple identifiers for the Proxy Agent (khdxprto) processes to IBM Tivoli Data Warehouse.

• Added communication links management with the related Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server for Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server and newly created Tivoli CAM for Internet Service Monitoring Agent SIs.
• Included the server_name and ports attributes to the Monitoring Server SI.
• Added a port attribute to Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server SI.

The following improvements were made:

• (UNIX) Added communication links management with the related Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server for Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server and newly created Tivoli CAM for Internet Service Monitoring Agent SIs.
• Resolved an issue with an incorrect arguments regex in the trigger of IBM Tivoli Enterprise Portal Client.

The following improvements were made:

• Updated the ITMEnterprisePortalServer and TivoliCAMInternetServiceMonitoringAgent patterns to support the IPv6 protocol.
• All common code was moved into local functions.

Changed the links_management function to the modeluniquerel function to manage relationships.

The following improvements were made:

• Added active versioning.
• Removed registry versioning as a non-reliable method of versioning.
• Excluded edition extraction.
• Moved the common code into IBM Tivoli Monitoring Common Functions module.

TKU February 2014

Removed common code for IBM TEMS linking in еру Portal Server pattern. Instead, the altered copy of the code is used as agent_code.

TKU January 2015

Updated the pattern to create Containment relationships based on the client-server communication between the IBM Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server SI and the IBM Tivoli Monitoring Enterprise Portal Server SI instead of using peer-to-peer communication.

TKU October 2017

Updated the pattern's active versioning command to prevent timeouts after the command is finished (DRDC1-9834).

Updated the pattern to use runCommand functions.
