Troubleshooting SNMP scan issues

An SNMP scan fails


This issue impacts all versions of BMC Discovery


Check the error messages and search for them in the Knowledge Base.

Error messages typically appear in:

    • the DiscoveryAccess page. For example: NoResponse, NoAccess, UnsupportedDevice
    • the discovery logs (tw_svc_discovery.log)
    • the BMC Discovery Outpost logs (tw_svc_outpost.log)
