Favorite items in the catalog
When services can be added as a favorite item
By default, the section named Your Favorites is added as the first visible section in the catalog.Or, if a hero banner section is the first section, the favorites section is added immediately following the hero banner section.
The BMC Digital Workplace administrator can move the favorites section to appear elsewhere in the catalog, or hide the section altogether. When the administrator hides the favorites section, the capability for users to add favorite items is disabled.
For information about displaying and hiding a catalog section, see Setting-up-sections-in-the-Catalog.
