Email Server tab
The Email Server tab enables you to configure the following parameters:
Field definitions
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Server Name | Name of the email server |
| Port | Port number on which the email server listens |
| Email From | Email address through which notifications will be sent from BMC Decision Support for Server Automation via SMTP relay |
| User Name | User name of the email account from which notification will be sent |
| Password | Password for the user name of the email account Note: Using any of these special characters in the password will cause the Cognos configuration to fail, requiring you to reconfigure the database schema. |
