Specifying the default authentication type

To set the default authentication type selected on the BMC Decision Support for Server Automation the following changes can be made.

  1. Edit the BDS_HOME/shared/ConfigurationManagement/generic-configuation.properties file and look for the defaultAuthType setting.
  2. Set the value to one of the following:

    1 SRP
    3 ADK
    4 LDAP
    5 RSA SecureID
    6 PKI

  3. Restart the blreports service
