Managing change policy mappings for particular tenants

Change policies are created automatically when you install BMC IT Service Management with BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management and configure BMC Change Management with BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management.

From the Tenant Management workspace, you can display change template mappings and override the mappings. Changes you make here override the template mappings set on the ITSM Configuration tab of the Configuration Options workspace.

  1. Open the Tenant Management workspace in the Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console.
  2. Select the tenant, and click the Manage Change Policy Mapping icon  to open the Change Configuration dialog box.

  3. To add a template mapping specific to the change policies:
    1. Under Change Policy - Template Mapping, click the Add icon  to open the Change Template Mapping dialog box.
