Extending change integration for storage
Support for integrating BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management with BMC Remedy OnDemand has been discontinued and will be removed fully in the next service pack release planned in 2018. BMC is no longer providing support for this integration.
Complete the following procedure to create a Change template mapping with the new actions.
Log in to the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console as a cloud administrator.
Go to Workspaces > Configuration, and click the ITSM Configuration tab.
Register a valid ITSM provider.

To add a template mapping for a specific operator action, click the Add icon in the Operator Action – Template Mapping section to open the Change Template Mapping dialog box.
Select an action from the Operator Action Name drop-down list.
