Deleting a provider
If you no longer need to use BMC Remedy ITSM, you can delete the provider in the Configuration Options workspace.
- Log in to the Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console as the cloud administrator.
- Go to Workspaces > Configuration, and click the ITSM Configuration tab.
- Select the provider, and click the De-Register icon .
- Verify that the provider and all its template mappings are removed from the UI.
