Network issues

This section contains troubleshooting information about network pods and containers using BMC Network Automation.

Service Designer does not load

If the Service Designer does not load and the loading icon continues to spin, make sure that the firewall is open for ports 8080 and 9000. For more information about ports, see Port Mappings.
