ReferenceSensorCatalog class (Provider API)


This is a normalized Sensor Catalog. It facilitates uniform treatment of catalogs provided by different monitoring providers. It is an anchor point to hold all Reference Sensor Catalog Entries. There will be one and only one ReferenceSensorCatalog in the system.
