SimpleRemediationTrigger class

SimpleRemediationTrigger represents the concrete version of a SimpleTrigger. This class aggregates the thresholds created for a Rule with a single logical operator (AND or OR). SimpleRemediationTrigger is associated with a rule that has an associated remediation action. The trigger is deemed breached when one/all threshold(s) are breached and the logical operator is OR/AND.
