Troubleshooting
If you face problems while using, or administering the BMC Helix Cloud Cost product, the following sections can help you investigate and resolve issues.
Issues with notifications
- Did not receive email 
- Check if the connector cycle is executed successfully. Schedule the cost connector to run once daily.
 - Check the email id in the notification is correct.
 - Check the spam or junk folder for emails.
 
 - Red icon on the notification
- Check if the Resource Pools mentioned in the notification is present and valid. If not edit the notification to use valid Resource Pools.
 - Check if Projected Cost is present for the resource pools used in the notification, if the notification is using Projected Cost.
 - Check if Cost is calculated for the resource pools used in the notification, if the notification is using Cost.
 - Check if the Budget is set for the resource pools used in notification using budget value.
