Tailoring BMC Helix Business Workflows

BMC Helix Business Workflows provides out of the box configuration that enable users to get started with the product. However, as an administrator, you can tailor the out-of-the-box configurations according to the business requirements. 

For example, the out-of-the-box case view has fields like summary, description, priority, and so on. These fields meet most of your business requirements. However, you add a field Location to the case view. Further, on the Cases workspace, you filter the cases based on the location.
