Loading Foundation data from Remedy ITSM

As an administrator, you can load Foundation data into all three BMC Helix Innovation Studio environments. You can load existing Foundation data from your BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) system, or you can load fresh data to Remedy ITSM Suite and sync it with BMC Helix Platform.

You can also load your custom Foundation data to BMC Helix Platform. For example, you can add details like Passport Number and SSN for all employees in your organization. You can load Foundation data in bulk by copying the Foundation data sets from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and loading the data sets to BMC Helix Platform.
