   Where are the defects that were fixed with MidTier 20.02.01 ?

      Hi Axel,

      Thank you for your feedback on the documentation. You can find the defects fixed for Remedy Mid Tier 20.02.01 in the topic Known and corrected issues  of the Remedy AR System Server documentation. This topic contains all the defects fixed for Remedy versions 20.02, 20.02.01, and 20.02.02.

      Information about the issues fixed for installation and upgrade are documented on this page: Platform installation and upgrade known and corrected issues. There were no Mid Tier installation issues fixed in the 20.02.01 patch release.

      You can filter the issues according to Component and Corrected In versions. For defects fixed for Remedy Mid Tier 20.02.01, follow these steps:

      1. On top of the table, click on the Component field and select Remedy Mid Tier.
      2. In the Corrected In field, select 20.02.01.
         The issues fixed in 20.02.01 for Remedy Mid Tier are displayed.
