BMC Remedy ITSM Process Designer checks

AR Signalling Check for PD
Description | This check verified whether the AR signalling is enabled. The check verifies whether the Disable ARSignals check box on the Configuration tab of the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console > System > General > Server Information form is selected. In turn, this check validates that the Disable-ARSignals parameter in the ar.cfg (ar.conf) file is set to F. |

AR version check for PD
Description | This checks verifies whether the current version of your BMC Remedy AR System is 18.05. |

Description | This check validates that the Development Cache Mode check box on the Configuration tab of the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console > System > General > Server Information form is not selected. In turn, this check validates that the Cache-Mode parameter in the ar.cfg (ar.conf) file is set to 0. |
