Language information

This section provides information pertinent to this release about language support and localized forms, installation in an international environment, and double-byte issues.

Internationalization is the process of designing a software application so that it can be adapted to various languages and regions without engineering changes. Localization is the process of adapting software for a specific region or language by adding locale-specific components and translating text.

All the components in the AR System platform are designed considering the internationalization. The AR System server is localized as well. See Localizing BMC Remedy AR System applications .
