Form to delete your Activity Log entry from the history of activities

The AP:ShowDetail-DeleteVerify form appears when an approver tries to delete an Activity Log entry in the AP:Show-Detail form. The entry could be a question, comment, or justification that the approver created.

You can delete only one entry at a time. You cannot delete entries created by the requestor or other approvers.

  • Click Yes to delete the entry for the request. The corresponding record in the AP:Question-Comment-Info form is deleted.
  • Click No to close the form without deleting the entry.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
