Troubleshooting AR System database performance issues

When you observe performance issues with the database, use this information to either perform the appropriate logging and troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem or create a BMC Support case.

The AR System may present performance issues when the underlying problem is with the database. Much of what the AR System server does is heavily dependent on the database. Therefore, database performance and configuration issues are likely to become AR System server performance issues.
