Logging matching qualification values

By default, BMC Remedy Distributed Server Option uses request IDs to match source and target requests (see Creating distributed mappings). You can, however, instruct BMC Remedy Distributed Server Option to use a different field or set of fields to match requests. To do this, you must add a matching qualification to the distributed mapping (see Matching Qualification).

When BMC Remedy Distributed Server Option implements a distributed mapping that contains a matching qualification, it logs the fields and values used to match the source and target request. The Mapping match qualifier values entry identifies these values. For example:
