11.0.00.002: Fix Pack 2 for Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition

This is a specific Fix Pack release for the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition component of TrueSight App Visibility Manager version 11.0.

This Fix Pack only applies to changes for this component. It does not include any changes for any of the other App Visibility and Synthetic Monitor components.

Starting with this Fix Pack, the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition requires an activation key to use the Real User Analyzer.

You can receive the activation key by contacting BMC Customer Support, and requesting an activation key file.

After you have installed the fix pack, you can enter the activation key by using the component's maintenance tool. For details about entering the activation key, see Updating the Real User Analyzer activation key.

Before you begin

Before you apply the fix pack to the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition component, perform the following tasks:

• Download the fix pack installation files. For instructions, see Downloading the Fix Pack

To apply the fix pack to the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition

You can either use the Fix Pack to install or upgrade the component.

• To install the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition, follow the instructions for installing the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition.
• To upgrade the Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition, follow the instructions for upgrading BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition topic.

The version number in the fix pack upgrade utility shows 11.0.00.002.
